• Strategies: Development, redevelopment, repurposing, recapitalization, lease-up, workouts, debt acquisitions and complex restructurings

Core/Core Plus

• Product Types: Retail, Industrial & Office (Mixed-use considered)
• Geography: Major East Coast Markets
• Minimum Transaction Size: $10 million (smaller deals considered on a case by case basis)

Net Leased

• Product Types: Primary focus on Retail, Industrial, and Office, but all asset classes considered (including special use)
• Geography: National (US)
• Tenant Credit: All credits considered (we will buy non investment grade as well as private credits)
• Term: Any term considered (we will buy short term leases)
• Minimum Transaction Size: $1 million
