CNS Real Estate

CNS Real Estate was formed in 2001 by Clifford N. Simon as a boutique real estate brokerage firm providing real estate brokerage and services to retailers seeking space and to property owners with property in the northeastern United States. CNS Real Estate has built its business by providing a full service approach to its tenant and landlord relationships, providing comprehensive and personalized service to all of its clients. CNS prides itself on its ability to think like the retailer or the property owner that it represents and can offer creative and effective solutions to real estate issues. CNS prides itself on its ability to see a deal through from start to finish providing value added, hands on service throughout the process.

Since 2001, CNS Real Estate has been involved in real estate transactions involving more than 4 million square feet of retail space. CNS Real Estate has completed deals with retailers including Burlington Coat Factory, MJM Designer Shoes, Ashley Home Furnishings, Blockbuster Video, Electronics Boutique, TJ Maxx, AJ Wright, American Signature Furniture, Starbucks, Shoe Department, Leslie's Pool Supply, Kids-U and many others. CNS has also completed deals with many of the nations largest retail Landlord’s including General Growth Corp., Kimco, Shottenstein, Klaff, National Realty and Development Corp., Gibraltar Management, DLC Management, Simon Properties, Mall Properties, Vornado Realty Trust, Heritage Property Trust, Ashkenazy Acquistion Corp., Wilmorite and many more. Finally CNS maintains strong relationships throughout the retail brokerage community with all of the major retail brokers in the northeast United States.
